PIVA Software provides its customers with talented engineers and consultants, close to Europe, speaking and writing correct English and French languages.
They are based in Tunisia, can increase the productivity of its customers without increasing costs of structures, or diminish the responsiveness of the company. They are recruited from the top universities and engineering schools in the local country.

Through a rigorous methodology, PIVA Software regularly monitors the delivery and quality control of delivery.
At the request of the customer, PIVA Software may designate a project manager based at the client countries and whose tasks are :

• Provide an interface between the client's development teams and engineers available to the client's
• Follow quality procedures to achieve customer satisfaction
• Monitor the implementation of services requested

Prerequisite

The customer agrees to designate a person to keep the interface and provides the information necessary to achieve delivery.

If necessary, the client proceeds to the official invitation from the consultant to facilitate the end of his visa for a trip on the customer site.


Deliverables

• Periodic progress reports. The period is defined with the client
• Delivery of developments and documents within the same time of their production.
• Summary schedule of each consultant
• When appropriate, training or information some days for the staff of the company regarding the software delivered.

Cost

The cost of delivery is based on several parameters, the most critical are:

• Profile Engineering: Level of education, awareness of the engineering school from which he is and his experience.
• Charge of the mission, categorized into 3 types :
  
  • Short: less than 6 man months
  • Average: less than 20 man months
  • Long: 50 man months
• Establishing whether or not a local interface to the customer's country type project manager or technical interface
